Lisa Kohler is the Executive Director of the Halton Environmental Network (HEN). A Climate Realty Leader and community engager discussing climate challenges, strategies, mitigation and adaptation. Ms. Kohler serves on Halton Region’s Natural Heritage Advisory Committee, Halton Equity and Diversity Roundtable and The Halton District School Board’s Environmental Management Team. 

Ms. Kohler earned her degree in Environmental Policy and Analysis from Bowling Green State University (Ohio). She started her career in the late 90ties working in the environmental not for profit sector in the United States. 

She is the orchestrator of the Halton Climate Collective a dedicated team driving local climate change. She oversees successful programs, Halton Green Screens, Greening Sacred Spaces Halton-Peel Chapter, the HEN Ambassador Program, The Oakville Resiliency Hub. Ms. Kohler networks with numerous organizations, municipalities and community members to inspire environmental change and action.
